Hair loss is a very unpleasant and quite stressful factor. It is result of stress, lifestyle and some everyday habits.

Do not pull your hair

When you pull strands when combing your hair you may damage the follicles for a long period of time.

Do not rub

When drying your hair with a towel, don’t rub the scalp very strongly because this damages the follicles as well.

The scalp cannot breathe under the wig, and the very placement of artificial strands damages the hair and scalp.

Shampoos and balsams for your hair type supply it with important substances needed for its healthy look.

Rinse well

The hair must be rinsed well after the use of shampoo, so that the aggressive ingredients will not stay on it and damage your hair.

Avoid fatty food

The food that we eat influences our entire body including the hair. Focus on food rich in vitamins and minerals.

Protect your hair from the sun

When you spend more time in the sun, put on a hat as its rays are too aggressive for the scalp and hair.

Always wash the chlorine and sea salt

After going to the beach or swimming-pool, always wash your hair well in order to remove the dirt, chlorine, and salt.

The hairstyle is important

Avoid every-day making of complicated hairstyles that need aggressive styling products, because the alcohol and chemicals in them damage the hair.

When you dye your hair

Dying definitely damages the hair, but if you don’t have a choice – take care of it – moisturize and nourish it.
