Masks for shining and thick hair

If you wish to have shining and thick hair, you have to firstly think about what you eat. You don’t have to deprive your body of bean foods and meat. Just 100 gr of cooked meat per day is enough to satisfy the need of elements that are good for your hair.

Sometimes, you can allow yourselves to eat French toast that is very good for the growth of hairs. The sulfur contained in the eggs, milk, and diary is also important. They contain plenty of calcium, too.

Remember to often walk in fresh air as oxygen is necessary for the good metabolism. Complete relaxation and seven hours of sleep will help your hair.

Masks for thick hair
You have to make masks for your hair of a yolk and a tea spoon of castor oil once per month. Mix well and apply on dry hair for 40 minutes and wash with shampoo.

Buy from the pharmacy an ampoule of Vitamin D. Mix with two soup spoons of castor oil and rub well into the hair roots. Then instead of washing your hair with shampoo, wash it with yolks.

The procedure is done in the following way: three days in a row you make the mask, then a week rest. After that another three days of masks and a week of rest, then again three days of masks.

This is done once in a year. Once a week, you can make the following mask: a soup spoon of vodka is mixed with a yolk, rubbed into the hair roots and in 40 minutes rinsed only with warm water.

You also can make a mask to sleep with. Five soup spoons of olive oil are heated in water bath and the juice of half a lemon is added. It should be rubbed into the hair roots before sleep, the head is covered with towel, and washed in the morning.
